venpm is also not affiliated with or endorsed by the Vencord project. venpm is a third-party package manager that works with Vencord userplugins — it is not part of Vencord itself.

Discord Terms of Service

Client modifications — including Vencord and any plugins installed through venpm — are against Discord's Terms of Service.

While there are currently no widely known cases of accounts being banned solely for using client mods, Discord reserves the right to take action against accounts that violate their Terms of Service at any time. You use client modifications entirely at your own risk.

If your Discord account is important to you and a suspension or ban would be a serious problem, you should carefully consider whether to use any client modifications.

venpm is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

The authors and contributors of venpm:

• Do not guarantee that any plugin installed through venpm is safe, functional, or free of malicious code
• Are not responsible for any damage to your Discord account, computer, data, or any other property
• Are not responsible for the behavior or content of third-party plugins distributed through venpm indexes
• Make no guarantees about the continued availability, compatibility, or functionality of venpm or any plugins

Third-Party Plugins

venpm is a tool for distributing and managing Vencord userplugins. Plugin indexes can be published by anyone. venpm does not review, audit, or endorse third-party plugins. You are responsible for evaluating the trustworthiness of any plugin repository you add and any plugin you install.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders of venpm be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability — whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise — arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
